Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Policy

Social Booster Marketing, LLC ("SBM")

Effective Date: October 16, 2025
Last Updated: October 16, 2025

1. Purpose

This PII Policy outlines how Social Booster Marketing, LLC ("SBM") collects, stores, protects, and shares personally identifiable information (PII) belonging to clients, end users, and internal personnel. Our goal is to ensure the highest standard of privacy, data integrity, and lawful use of personal information in every project and partnership.

2. Definition of PII

PII refers to any data that can identify an individual directly or indirectly, including (but not limited to): full name, address, phone number, email address; financial or billing information; login credentials or account identifiers; IP addresses and device data; and any client-submitted or customer data used for marketing or automation purposes.

SBM does not intentionally collect or process sensitive data such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, genetic or biometric data, or sexual orientation.

3. How We Collect PII

We collect PII through lawful and transparent means, including website forms, client onboarding forms, CRM systems, advertising platforms, analytics, AI tools, and direct communications. All collection is consent-based and purpose-driven.

4. Purpose of Processing

SBM processes PII only for legitimate business purposes such as delivering and managing client projects, communicating with clients, fulfilling contractual obligations, preventing fraud, and improving service quality. PII is never sold, rented, or monetized outside the business relationship.

5. Data Sharing with Third-Party Processors & Fulfillment Partners

SBM may share PII with vetted third-party vendors and fulfillment partners strictly as necessary to deliver services. These parties act as data processors or service providers and are contractually bound to:

  • Use data only for service fulfillment;
  • Maintain appropriate safeguards;
  • Comply with applicable laws; and
  • Delete or return data after completion.

Examples include: Google Workspace, GoHighLevel, Meta, Google Ads, Stripe, OpenAI, and specialized contractors.

6. International Data Transfers

If PII is transferred outside the U.S., SBM ensures protection via Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). All partners must uphold the same standards.

7. Data Retention & Disposal

PII is retained only as long as necessary. Once retention periods expire, data is securely deleted, anonymized, or archived using encrypted storage and verified disposal protocols.

8. Data Security

SBM maintains a multi-layered approach to data protection, including encryption, restricted access, multi-factor authentication, regular audits, and confidentiality agreements for all personnel.

9. User & Client Rights

Individuals have the right to access, correct, or delete their PII; withdraw consent; or request information about how their data is used. Requests can be made to info@socialboostermarketing.com. SBM responds within applicable legal timeframes.

10. Training & Accountability

All employees, contractors, and vendors receive training on data handling, incident reporting, and confidentiality. Management ensures ongoing compliance with this policy.

11. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational or legal changes. The current version always includes the "Last Updated" date shown above.
